Judo
The word “judo” consists of two Japanese characters, ju, which means “gentle”, and do, which means “the way”. Judo seeks to build success, confidence and strength within an individual.
Judo was created in 1882 by Kanō Jigorō. It is a system of unarmed combat, now a Japanese martial art and Olympic and Common-wealth Games sport.
In a supportive and encouraging environment, beginners will take their initial steps in this captivating martial art, learning basic judo techniques form our assistant coaches and other advanced students/friends
Ages from 5-14 are only $7 & ages 15+ are $10 per sessions! FIRST TWO CLASS FREE
Judo is held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7pm in the Youth Centre
